Delivery and Returns Policy

Overnight Delivery Service

Delivery prices shown on the site are for UK and Ireland only. Some areas such as Scottish offshore are not shown, please contact our office for an estimate for delivery to this areas. All deliveries are made by an outside courier and are based on an overnight service but unfortunately this is not guaranteed. Please leave yourself a couple of days for delivery in case of delays.

Bank Holidays/Sundays

We do not deliver on a Sunday or Bank Holidays, please take this into consideration when placing your order.

Saturday Deliveries

Can be arranged at an extra cost - please call our office for an estimate if required.

Please note that all orders received by 12 midday can usually be despatched the same day. Orders received after 12 midday will be despatched on the next working day.

Checking your goods

All Deliveries must be signed for. Due to the nature of the goods being of a hazardous type please make sure that you check your parcel for any damage. Please report damages to our office immediately.

If there is no-one to sign for the goods they will be returned to the depot. A cost may be incurred for re-delivery.

Returns

If for any reason you are not 100% happy with your product, you may return it to us in its original condition within 14 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange. The costs of returning goods to us shall be borne by you. The refund will be made within two weeks of receiving the returned goods using the original method of payment.

If items or packaging have been used or damaged we reserve the right to apply a re-stocking or repair fee and this will be deducted from the refund.
